house, the best pub in Hyde. We are a 'real ale' pub, stocking the full range of
Beartown Brewery beers, guest ales and an enviable selection of draught and
bottled beers and lagers from around the world. We have a pool table,
discreet gaming machines, two large screen televisions and a host of
regular activities to keep you coming back again and again. All in all, there is
something for everyone at this popular watering hole.

The Campaign for Real Ale (Stockport and South Manchester branch) has awarded the Cheshire Ring an award for the best pub and mild outside of the Stockport area during their annual mild challenge. The presentation will be on August 3rd, 2008 from 2pm onwards.
August bank holiday looks like being packed with fun. Events are planned from the Thursday right through to the Monday. See the Occasional Events section for more details.
The Football League is starting soon, so make your interest known behind the bar asap.
